Rasmalai ,another delicious mind-blowing dessert from Odisha..RASAGOLLA’s Sibling.

So before you start making this delicious dessert Rasmalai just keep these lines in mind.

It needs a little skill ,a step by step process to follow .But believe me at the end when you will have this soft Rasmalais you gonna praise yourself at first. They are just killer.

If you serving these Cheese dumplings  to your friends ,they may ask you to prepare again & again .You have to first prepare curdled milk-cheese at home .

Though in Odisha this form of cheese “chenna” is easily available at sweet shops. The same chenna is used for preparing soft Rasagollas .
