I have used greek-yogurt here ,you can always replace with any flavored yogurt to make buckwheat more delicious.

Overnight Buckwheat
Preparation Time : 6 hour
Serving : 3 person

INGREDIENTS
Buckwheat 1 cup
Chia seed 2 tbsp
Greek-Yogurt 1 cup
Cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp (opt)
Honey to taste
Fruits of your choice 

STEPS
1.Soak buckwheat,chia seed for overnight in 2 cup water.
2.Drain the water.
3.Serve them with greek-yogurt ,cinnamon powder ,honey and fruit slices.
