Moroccan Orange Cake
Moroccan Orange Cake is a perfect Tea-Cake that you can pair with a cup of Tea or Coffee. If not serve a slice with Orange Marmalade syrup.

Ingredients

rose water

Instructions
Pre-heat the Oven for 10 minutes at 180 degree C. Grease a Loaf tin with butter or line with a parchment paper.
Sift flour with baking powder and salt together .
In a bowl add orange zest and sugar and beat for few seconds.Add oil to it and beat for a minute.Add rose water and vanilla extract .Mix it well.
Now add dry into wet ingredient in three batches adding orange juice in between.Start with 1/3 rd flour followed by 50 ml orange juice.
Use a beater to mix it properly to get a smooth batter.
Put the batter in loaf tin and bake for 30 – 35 minute till it’s done.
